Welcome to 2nd grade!  Get ready for a fantastic 2013-2014 school year!  As we move through the school year, we will focus on many skills that will prepare you for success in the future. To help make it a successful school year, there are a few important things that the 2nd grade teachers would like to share with you.
The most important ways to start a great day are to eat a good breakfast, dress for success in your school uniform, and to arrive to school on time.  The second grade teachers expect all students to come to school prepared with the tools they need to be successful. Communication is very important.  Second grade teachers will use a student planner as a tool to communicate with parents.  It must be signed every night.  The planners are used daily to keep an open line of communication between parents and teachers.
